A. At Payless, we provide a moving truck and driver free of charge with rental of any size unit. There is no minimum stay at Payless to be eligible for the free truck and driver and no hidden fees! Just load and unload the truck yourself and we'll Move You for Free! The trucks are also available for rent at a very reasonable rate if you are current Payless Storage customer.

Q. What kind of security does Payless provide?
A. Payless offers one of the highest security facilities in the industry with individually alarmed units, electronic gate access, and surveillance video cameras throughout.

Q. Will my unit be accessible everyday of the year?
A. We have standard gate access hours of 6:30 am to 9:00 pm 365 days a year. 24 hour access is available upon request.

Q. Is there a minimum amount of time I'm required to stay if I rent at Payless?
A. Payless does not require a minimum term on our rental contracts. All units are rented month to month to ensure your satisfaction.

Q. Do I need to bring my own lock and who has access to my unit?
A. We're proud to offer a free high security disk lock that has a retail value of 25 dollars. These are the safest and most secure locks available designed, specifically for self storage. You are the only one that has the keys for that lock. After you have moved out of your storage room, the lock is yours to keep.

Q. What size unit do I need?
